As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing detailed project plans and schedules, collaborating with internal teams, third parties, and client stakeholders, and ensuring that activities are planned and executed in a timely manner in accordance with the project schedule.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, ensuring that all tasks are identified, scheduled, and tracked to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams, third parties, and client stakeholders to ensure that project activities are planned and executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the project schedule.
- Communicate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure the success of the project.
- Ensure that clients' business objectives and KPIs are captured, understood, and measurable.
- Control quality by reviewing deliverables prior to client presentation, enhancing deliverables as needed, suggesting process improvements when appropriate, and ensuring final acceptance.
- Facilitate regular status meetings via phone, video, and, when needed, in-person.
- Generate and present weekly status reports to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in project management.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools, such as monday.com.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
