You will be responsible for spearheading the strategic planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to drive business growth and position us as market leaders. To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience leading marketing and communications strategies and be passionate about growing brands in fast-paced environments. As our Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for owning the creative process for how our products are branded and offered. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product and tech, community, business development, and medical affairs, to deliver effective and efficient solutions that address the needs of our key stakeholders. You will be expected to leverage valuable customer insights to evolve our product offerings and develop strategies that differentiate us from our competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define campaign objectives and tactics that optimize engagement and achieve strategic goals.
- Develop and execute awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration campaigns aligned with business and community growth goals.
- Plan and execute marketing events and other campaigns to strengthen public relations and our company’s presence where it matters the most.
- Oversee lifecycle marketing strategy and initiatives, including end-to-end digital campaign launches, marketing automation, and offer strategies that drive engagement.
- Translate community content into meaningful and impactful marketing messages and content via email, storytelling, website, and social media platforms.
- Review metrics for key channels and campaigns, update dashboards, and synthesize key insights and recommendations to enhance future initiatives.
- Collaborate on reports for concluded campaigns, presenting results to clients and partners.
- Continually test new content types and channels based on industry trends and insights.
- Develop annual budgets and build a high-functioning team of marketing professionals to achieve objectives.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience leading marketing and communications strategies.
- 5+ years of experience leading acquisition or retention campaigns.
- 3+ years of experience working with creative teams and/or agencies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing as well as CRM and email messaging tools.
- Comfortable with A/B testing: Forming a hypothesis, designing a test, and building off results.
- Experience with print marketing and social media marketing will be preferred.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Experience in marketing digital content and building and retaining large online audiences.
- Deep understanding of brand management and ability to quickly learn our content and voice as they relate to our brand.
- Entrepreneurial and innovative thinker with a proven record of accomplishment in translating strategic thinking into action plans and measurable outputs.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, perform well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines and objectives.
- Strong judgment and critical thinking skills to effectively evaluate and react to emerging issues.
- Highly collaborative and self-directed.
