In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading Acclinate's partnership strategy, focusing on expanding our community, enriching our data resources, and delivering innovative solutions to advance health equity. You will identify and cultivate relationships with key partners across various sectors, including community organizations, patient advocacy groups, data providers, healthcare, and life science companies.

With a strong emphasis on relationship building, communication, and negotiation, you will be instrumental in:

- Developing and executing a strategic partnership plan

- Identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities

- Negotiating and managing mutually beneficial agreements

- Monitoring and evaluating the success of partnerships

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration

The ideal candidate will possess:

- 2+ years of experience in successful strategic partnership development and execution

- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

- Previous experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
