Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Safety Ambassador/Concierge to act as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong security background, and the ability to create a welcoming and secure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
• Assist with security checks and inspections as needed.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, following established protocols.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the security team and management.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Assist in coordinating events and activities on the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the overall experience for clients and visitors.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a concierge, customer service, or security role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
