Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Private Detective to conduct comprehensive investigations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investigative work, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to uncover and document critical information.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations, including background checks, surveillance, and evidence gathering.
• Perform undercover operations to collect information and observe activities discreetly.
• Compile detailed reports of findings and present them to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies when necessary.
• Utilize advanced technology and investigative tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Stay updated on the latest investigative techniques and legal requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in criminal justice or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a private detective or in a similar investigative role.
• Valid Maryland Private Detective License required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
