Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager/Lead Generator to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Access Patrol’s services.
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and cold calling.
- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and advertising.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence, including website updates and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s marketing efforts remain relevant and effective.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and lead generation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
