We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team and oversee our field operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to manage and oversee our team of security officers in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of security officers across various sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols and client requirements.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to security officers to enhance their performance and development.
• Address and resolve any issues or incidents that arise in the field promptly and effectively.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on field operations, including incident reports and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all security equipment and vehicles are maintained and operational.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new security personnel.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in criminal justice or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid Maryland Security Guard Certification required.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
