We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our executive team and ensure smooth operations.


Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the executive team's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain executive files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the executive team.
  • Monitor and respond to executive emails and communications promptly.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
