Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Generator and Account Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, including key metrics and progress.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and generate new business within existing accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and innovative solutions.
- Assist in contract negotiations and renewals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, and account management.
- Proven track record of generating leads, managing client relationships, and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
