Salary Range- $120,000-$150,000

Bonus – Sign on bonus 90 days from start date of $10,000. Aggressive commission structure. Potential quarterly performance bonus up to 12.5% of annual base.

Work Setting – Travel minimum 50% Oklahoma

Job Summary

Accelerate Wound Care is a well funded, physician-owned, early stage healthcare group seeking a full-time traveling APRN. This position requires traveling APRNs to visit patients in their homes or to provide assistance to residents at nursing facilities or hospitals with Accelerate Wound Care service contracts. Your duties include providing wound care treatments and assistance in areas that need additional medical professionals. We are hiring urgently!

Our amazing team works hard to support each other and we are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.  Monday – Friday, no weekends or major holidays.

Goals & Worker Activities

• The Nurse Practitioner provides medical management of patients (assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment) for patients with physician supervision
• Evaluates patient and obtains pertinent information for the diagnosis and treatment of the medical problem
• Perform initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observation
• Record patient medical history
• Order and administer diagnostic tests
• Communicate test results to patients
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Nurse Practitioner Degree
• (Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Nurse Practitioner licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing with Family Medicine certification
• Must meet credentialing requirements of Accelerate Wound Care
• Great patient care and positive attitude
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Thorough knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and data entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
• Valid Driver’s License
• Background and drug screen
• Travel: Ability to travel minimum 50% Oklahoma
