About Abri Psychotherapy

Abri Psychotherapy is a Portland group practice known for its specialty in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), an evidence-based treatment for disorders of overcontrol, including chronic depression, anorexia nervosa, OCPD, and treatment-resistant anxiety. Our founder is one of only seven RO-DBT Certified Supervisors/Trainers worldwide.

We’ve recently broadened our umbrella, and we welcome clinicians who practice other modalities such as ACT, EMDR, and more. For those who want to add RO-DBT to their skill set, we provide training and support toward adherence. We’re a collaborative, growing team that values clinical depth, feedback, and ongoing learning. Our practice includes both therapists and a registered dietitian, so clients can receive integrated care as needed.
