Description

What You’ll Do

Customer & Sales Support

  • Communicate with customers through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and video meetings
  • Coordinate customer meetings, onsite visits, and conference calls
  • Support customer follow-up and relationship management
  • Assist with quotations, presentations, and sales materials
  • Help track customer projects and internal progress updates

Business Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain CRM and customer databases
  • Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and logistics teams
  • Assist with scheduling, calendars, and administrative coordination
  • Organize meeting notes, customer records, and internal documents
  • Support management team with day-to-day business operations

Marketing & Startup Support

  • Assist with LinkedIn and company branding activities
  • Help prepare company introduction materials and presentation decks
  • Participate in customer visits, networking events, and trade shows
  • Support startup growth initiatives and special projects

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work onsite in Fremont, CA

Preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or coordination roles
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or startup environments
  • International students with valid U.S. work authorization are welcome to apply
  • Interest in AI infrastructure, datacenter, or technology industries is a plus
