About ABA Spectrum Therapy

- Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a professional setting (ABA experience is a plus)

- A love for working with children and a desire to make a difference in their lives

Responsibilities:

- Providing one-on-one or group therapy sessions

- Implementing behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA Supervisor

- Maintaining accurate records of client progress through data collection and daily graphing

- Conducting sessions accurately and on time

- Keeping work area organized and tidy

- Being punctual for all sessions and meeting paperwork deadlines

Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

- Upper-division students or graduates with degrees in Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field and prior ABA experience are preferred

- At least 1 year of experience in an ABA-based program or special education setting is preferred

- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis is a plus

- Responsible and punctual

- Highly motivated and passionate about working with children

- Open to receiving feedback and working collaboratively with a team

Requirements:

- Clear criminal background check

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
