We are a team of dedicated clinicians operating as ABA Therapists, providing the best possible care and treatment for individuals with extra behavior needs. We combine the best of traditional psychological practices with naturalistic developmental behavior intervention (NDBI) ABA therapy such as ESDM, JASPER, PRT, Project ImPACT, and Satter Feeding Therapy to help our clients and their families grow and succeed.

Actively Seeking:

· Experienced ABA Therapy Case Managers and BCaBAs as well as experienced direct ABA therapists / RBTs

· Highly skilled and energetic professional providers seeking a quality agency to work for and who are passionate about working with high needs kids in the Las Vegas Region including foster youth.

· Positions typically start part-time with the opportunity to grow rapidly to 20-30+ hrs/ week

· Fluent Bi-lingual English-Spanish a major plus (including extra $1/hr), but not required.

· Free to Supervisee BCBA/BCaBA hours supervision for both direct and indirect hours including concentrated fieldwork hours with complex cases

· Qualified Autism Services Practitioner - Supervisor and Qualified Behavior Analyst Training provided for QABA Board Certification

Job duties include:

· Driving to and between client homes

· Implementing and developing high quality comprehensive (whole family) ABA therapy

· Maintaining all data records, Lesson and Teaching Plans in timely fashion

· Adhering to all BACB Code of Conduct Ethics Guidelines

· Attending ongoing training and conferences opportunities as assigned

· Attending weekly court hearings / status checks as appropriate for DAAY Court clients via Zoom

· Having fun working with kids of all ages to help them grow and develop

Preferred experience:

· ABA Therapy: 1+ years

· Registered Behavior Technician and Nevada State RBT Registration

We provide training covering best practices in Naturalistic Developmental Behavior Intervention (including Project ImPACT, PRT, ESDM, and JASPER) a much more effective form of ABA than DTT that uses knowledge of development; routines; and fun activities to build language and directly addresses deficits associated with an Autism, / ASD diagnosis.

We have openings to work with both teenagers and young children.
