Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact in English and Spanish with entities for employment, educational, and personal verifications.
• Conduct thorough online searches of public and private web resources.
• Accurately input verified information into our internal background screening application.
• Manage workflow in the work queue, redirecting tasks as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Provide backup support for operations staff as needed.
• Handle incoming calls from clients and/or candidates.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; some college or technical coursework preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of background checks, pre-employment screening, and/or human resources is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with remote work preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with business and academic organizational structures.
• Strong research skills with proficiency in online searches.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally in both Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.

Additional Details:

• Only candidates residing in the U.S. will be considered.
• Hours: Monday - Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
