Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers, providing essential assistance and support to our clients in the comfort of their homes across our service areas. Caregivers play a vital role in enhancing client independence, safety, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Administer medications as prescribed and assist with meal preparation
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, safe living environment
• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Follow all company policies and state compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Familiarity with diverse medical needs including geriatrics, hospital medicine, medical-surgical, and PICU a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and their families
• Must be dependable, compassionate, and professional

Compliance Requirements

Candidates must have or be willing to obtain the following:

• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• TB Test documentation
• Completion of Preferred Level 1 and/or Level 2 Direct Care Worker (DCW) Training
• Driver’s License and CPR Certification preferred but not required

These requirements are necessary to meet state and program compliance standards and ensure client safety.

Schedule

• Part-time positions available
• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Expected hours: 20–30 per week
