The Role:

We're looking for a sharp, organized, and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a diverse commercial portfolio of office and industrial properties. You’ll work alongside an experienced Property Manager and a collaborative team that knows how to get things done while keeping the workplace fun and supportive.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Be the right-hand person to the Property Manager—assist in running the show smoothly
  • Deliver top-tier tenant support (we’re big on service!)
  • Help prepare budgets, financial reports, and lease summaries
  • Assist with vendor bids and oversee minor projects and repairs
  • Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to keep properties in excellent condition
  • Keep tenant communications professional, proactive, and positive
  • Conduct property inspections with a sharp eye for detail
  • Support rent collection and help resolve occasional account issues
  • Contribute to special projects that help elevate the portfolio

 

What You Bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • California Real Estate License required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Yardi software is a plus
  • You’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and resourceful
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines with professionalism and ease

 

Location & Schedule:


  • Office located in Tustin, CA
  • M-F—must be flexible if occasional overtime or after-hours events come up

Salary

$70,000 - $75,000 per year
