A Social Movement Promotions is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect with artists and book qualified calls for our sales team.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Start conversations with artists on Instagram & TikTok
• Qualify leads using our proven scripts & frameworks
• Book high‑intent calls for our Account Executive
• Track KPIs daily (DMs sent, convos started, calls booked, show‑ups)
• Follow a structured training and coaching system
• Represent a brand that actually delivers results for artists

You are NOT selling the service — just booking qualified calls.

💼 What We’re Looking For

• Coachable and hungry to grow
• Comfortable sending high‑volume outbound messages
• Strong communicator (text + voice note)
• Passion for music, marketing, or sales
• Reliable, consistent, and goal‑oriented
• Experience in sales or music is a plus, but not required

💰 Compensation

• Base pay + commission
• Bonuses for hitting KPIs
• Clear growth path into AE, Sales Manager, Operations, or Marketing roles

📍 Location Start off as Remote will have to report to the office when it is up and running
