A Grade Therapy provides in-home pediatric therapy (OT, PT, speech) in NC. We're unique because of our licensed therapists, thorough assessments, and commitment to individualized care in the natural environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing therapy services to children in both individual and group settings.
• The Speech-Language Pathologist will collaborate closely with our team of occupational therapists to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
