Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated OTR/L to collaborate with patients and develop individualized treatment plans.You'll assess functional abilities, provide therapeutic interventions, and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, limitations, and occupational performance areas.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
  • Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, equipment usage, and home programs.
  • Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and discharge recommendations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic treatment outcomes.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or above in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina (NCBOT)
