Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with patients to help them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, improve mobility, and enhance overall physical function. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical limitations and functional abilities.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare providers.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination.
• Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a valid license to practice in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a physical therapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills with expertise in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in the field of physical therapy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
