Details: Full-Time, Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per/year

THIS POSITION’S ROLE WITH OUR TEAM: LITIGATION ATTORNEY

We are looking for an experienced litigation attorney to enable the team to have more impact and help more clients.

A successful candidate must have the following skills and demonstrate prior success with them:

• Be an active member and in good standing of the Arizona bar and have at least three years of litigation experience, which means experience in state and federal court and a complete comprehension of the state and federal court rules of civil procedure, drafting, and arguing dispositive motions, pretrial and trial experience as a second or first chair.
• Appellate experience in a supportive or lead role.
• Have proven success with settlement negotiation.
• Attention to detail in work produces minimal errors, and a proven ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Ability, experience using Outlook and Microsoft Word, and ability to train and learn other online platforms such as Zoom, Calendly, and Zoom to work remotely.
• Keeps track of billable time with contemporaneous, accurate, detailed time entries.
• Have a professional appearance, approach, demeanor, and positive client and team skills.
• A valid current State driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Upon a conditional offer of employment, background checks will be performed with the candidate’s consent.

COMPENSATION

Salary is dependent upon demonstrated skills and experience. Compensation includes incentives commensurate with performance. Metrics and critical productivity indicators are defined for team members’ success and incentives based on the firm vision and growth.
