Due to the ongoing rapid growth in the Treasure Valley and the expanding demand for qualified help, we recently made the decision to merge with another successful and reputable tree service provider here in the Treasure Valley in order to best serve our loyal customers. This business decision has given us the opportunity to have a new General Manager over all tree service operations. Our new GM, Victor Benavente, has extensive experience in the tree industry. A Cut Above Tree Service's founder James Glenn is still involved; but we wanted to make you, our customers, aware of this decision and change. As many of you know, James has been working with trees for 35 years, dedicating his time to arboriculture, fire fighting and growing the business. Growing A Cut Above Tree Service has been one of our greatest pleasures, and we look forward to watching it evolve in a new fashion, continuing to take care of our local communities and customers.

Job duties include full trims, removals, cleaning yards, rigging, running chainsaws, and driving as well as maintaining equipment.

Leading a crew of groundsmen.

Clearing of debris from trims and removals.

Driving company vehicles to and from job sites.

Maintaining equipment (chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and vehicles).

Qualifications

Valid Drivers License

+2 Years of Tree Climbing Experience

Can competently operate heavy equipment

Can competently & safely operate a chainsaw

Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions

Highly motivated

Dependable

CDL- Required for top end of pay consideration.

ISA Certified - Required for top end of pay consideration.
