Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Crew Helper to assist our landscaping and mowing teams in delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services. This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Landscaping Support Duties:
- Assist with property cleanup and debris removal
- Help with bed edging and mulching
- Pull weeds and maintain planting beds
- Assist with trimming shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants
- Support limited trimming of smaller trees (such as crape myrtles)
- Ensure job sites are left clean and professional
Mowing Crew Support Duties (if assigned):
- Assist in operating commercial mowers (experience preferred but not required)
- Use string trimmers for edging around sidewalks, curbs, and other hard surfaces
- Operate blowers to clear grass clippings and debris
- Help maintain and clean equipment daily
Qualifications:
- Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform manual labor throughout the day
