Licensed Trauma-Informed Therapists in (Any State)
Come join our supportive, collaborative group practice! We’re seeking Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFTs) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide trauma-focused therapy in a growing group practice in our new space!

- Flexible scheduling with a weekly average caseload of 15-25 clients/week

Who we are looking for
We welcome someone who thrives in a collaborative, trauma informed, growth‑oriented environment and brings a warm, mentor‑like presence to support other licensed and prelicensed clinicians in developing their clinical voices. You’ll be part of a collective group practice that values shared learning, client-centered, open dialogue, and compassionate environment.
- Active LMFT or LCSW licensed in Any State, committed to ethical and high‑quality therapy
- Collaborative spirit, with a willingness to engage in consultation with licensed clinicians and contribute to a supportive clinical community
- Flexible work options, with the ability to work from our Sunnyvale offices or remotely (throughout the U.S.)
- Experience or training in at least one or more trauma‑focused approach: EMDR, IFS, Somatic therapy approaches
- Client‑centered and integrative, incorporating mindfulness, breath work, expressive therapies, or experiential approaches
- A genuine passion for trauma work, healing, and empowering clients on their recovery journey
