About A&B Family Therapy Professional Corporation

A&B Family Therapy Professional Corporation specializes in trauma-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We are seeking motivated and compassionate therapists who are interested in deepening their clinical skills, exploring trauma as a specialty, and working independently within a small group practice setting.

We are looking for clinicians who are self-directed, adaptable, eager to continue learning, and passionate about providing meaningful therapeutic care. Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, maintain professionalism, respect office policies, and are inspired by the long-term goal of building a successful private practice after licensure.

Our clients deserve therapists who are well-trained, authentic, consistent, and genuinely invested in the therapeutic relationship. If you are interested in learning trauma-informed interventions such as EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while integrating these approaches into work with individuals, couples, and families, we encourage you to apply.

Our ideal candidate is self-directed, comfortable making decisions, receives feedback for ongoing growth, is willing to take initiative and market themselves, creates immediate opportunities to serve our clients in private practice, fosters an environment where every clinician internally grows and aware of how your choices impact the group. This candidate also has a high interest and willingness to learn how to build a trauma-informed private practice along with learning strategies in marketing, increasing services, building and maintaining a steady client caseload along with learning how a private practice grows through the quality of services being provided in our community.
