A basic understanding of the sales process and proficiency in G Suite is preferred.   • Receive work requests from clients, gathering necessary details and all assets to successfully complete work and clearly communicate them to project manager. 
  • Always answer the phone if able to be available to clients and create tasks to follow-up.
  • Respond to emails and any voicemails daily and taskify follow-up.
  • Check in with project manager on key tasks nearing deadline to identify and potential issues that will need to be communicated to clients.
  • Notify clients of completed tasks including links to completed work or attached finished work.
  • Communicate with project managers on priorities when tasks are competing for team resources and deadlines.
  • Review and send out blog posts on a weekly basis.
  • Analyze monthly reports and communicate with specialists as needed to identify the cause of any unexplained increases or decreases in traffic or leads, complete Status Summary on reports and then send to clients.
  • Periodically, proactively communicate with clients to check-in and ask about any new initiatives or shifting priorities at their offices, then translate these into tasks or communication shared with project management or appropriate team members.
  • Periodically collaborate with project managers on ways to improve communication and efficiency of task creation, management and transfer.
  • Periodically communicate with management regarding workload and any issues found to be positively or negatively impacting results.


  1. Work schedule is 7am-5pm Monday through Thursday with an hour lunch break. Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
