The Paid Digital Specialist should have a fundamental understanding of how paid digital media works and should have at least 1-2 years prior experience developing, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads. In addition to building and creating high impact digital campaigns, you will need to have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and the ability to drive targeted traffic and conversions. The Paid Digital Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals. Being able to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects is a must for this position.

Description
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive paid digital advertising strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create audience segments for different campaigns.
- Select appropriate digital advertising channels (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) based on campaign goals.
- Troubleshoot performance issues that may arise after a campaign is launched
- Ensure projects are on track and client goals are being met
- Take constructive feedback and direction from managers and teammates
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms. (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads.)
- Adjust campaigns based on performance data to improve results and achieve KPIs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Must be curious with a strong desire to learn.
- Fast learner and accepting of constructive criticism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to stay well-organized in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to multi-task and juggle a variety of priorities at once.
