The Role
This is a strategic, hands-on role at the center of our marketing work.
You will be responsible for:
- Shaping messaging and positioning
- Leading content strategy for websites and campaigns
- Managing social media presence
- Supporting SEO and paid efforts through better content and clarity
You will be the person who brings structure to ideas, clarity to messaging, and consistency across channels.
What You’ll Do
Content & Messaging Strategy
- Own messaging and positioning for client brands
- Develop content strategies for new website builds and redesigns
- Translate business goals, services, and differentiators into clear, compelling messaging
- Help define and maintain brand voice across all channels
Website Content Development
- Plan page structure, content hierarchy, and messaging flow
- Write or coordinate website copy (home, services, landing pages, etc.)
- Gather content from clients through interviews, working sessions, and guided processes
- Partner closely with our design and development team to ensure content and UX work together
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop social strategies for multiple client accounts
- Build and manage content calendars
- Write and schedule posts across platforms (primarily Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Ensure consistency with brand voice and marketing goals
- Monitor performance and adjust strategy as needed
SEO & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with our SEO/Paid specialist on keyword strategy and content opportunities
- Optimize on-page content for search and conversion
- Support paid campaigns with ad copy, messaging direction, and landing page content
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve performance
Client Collaboration
- Lead content-focused client conversations and working sessions
- Guide clients through content development without overwhelming them
- Act as a strategic partner, not just an order taker
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or agency environment
- Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for messaging, tone, and clarity
- Experience managing social media for brands or clients
- Solid understanding of how content supports SEO, conversion, and lead generation
- Comfortable working across multiple clients and projects
- Strategic thinker who can also execute
- Organized, proactive, and able to take ownership
- Confident and professional in client-facing situations
- Experience with WordPress CMS
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Agency experience
- Experience collaborating with designers and developers
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Experience with brand development or positioning work
