Mission

Perform facials based on our protocols and recommend the correct treatment type and homecare for a diverse clientele.

Outcomes

• Grow revenue from facial services and meet targeted revenue growth goals in specific timeframe.
• Follow up with all clients the day after their treatment and track their progress inside client relationship management system.
• Take continuing education classes provided by the company, which may include online programs, in-person events, and/or on-site trainings.

Activities

• Must clean facial room to standard in between every client and our deep cleaning protocol at the end of every day
• Restock your room at the end of every shift
• Take at least 3-4 pictures/videos per day that we can use for social media and marketing purposes
• When you don't have clients, help front desk team unload boxes in break room, clean common areas including bathrooms or organize your room
• Follow up with clients who have expressed interest in certain services
