Our clients are generally very treatment-resistant, and our clinical focus is harm reduction, so it's critical that our staff be able to connect with our clients and speak their language.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversees coordination of client needs and works in collaboration with client and primary therapist in treatment/discharge planning and goals, identifying additional needed support services including educational, vocational, legal, recreational, mental health, and social services
  • Completes and maintains all documentation of services delivered
  • Ensures cohesion of services documented within client files, and assists with compliance with DHCS and Joint Commission standards
  • Keeps a schedule of consistent case management sessions with clients
  • Coordinates service provision with probation officers, attorneys, etc., as needed
  • Complies with local, state, and federal confidentiality laws and regulations
  • Facilitates group counseling sessions
  • Collaborates with members of the treatment team to ensure the effective delivery of a full spectrum of clinical and social services
  • Attends and participates in weekly treatment team meetings
  • Participates in staff meetings when appropriate


Requirements:


  • MUST be located in the state of North Carolina
  • Must be able to accurately document all services provided to clients
  • Ability to develop excellent rapport with clients
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Must have the ability to coordinate a continuum of treatment/services for clients
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be certified with RAD-T, SUDCC, CAADE, CATC, CCAPP, CADC or CADTP OR willing to get certification within 14 days of hire


Salary

$17 - $21 per hour
