We’re hiring a part-time administrative and marketing assistant to work from our office in Tukwila. You’ll help with client communication, scheduling, invoicing, and light marketing tasks. Flexible scheduling available within regular business hours.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
- Prepare and send invoices; track payments
- Organize inspection reports and digital files
- Assist with client intake and follow-up communications
Marketing Support:
- Coordinate basic social media posts (using templates)
- Manage Google Business Profiles and client reviews
- Help maintain website content (training provided)
- Track leads and assist with light reporting
- Prepare outreach materials or emails for partners/referrals

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- QuickBooks, Canva, or WordPress experience is a plus
- Able to manage time independently
- Prior experience in a support role or small office is a plus
- Interest in health, environmental science, or home/building services is welcome
