44 Consulting Group is pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Assistant to a high-profile business person and public figure based in Dallas, Texas. This dual role encompasses both personal assistant and executive assistant duties, requiring utmost discretion and professionalism. The Executive Assistant will manage a wide array of administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, event planning, and travel arrangements. The role demands a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information pertaining to both personal and professional affairs of the principal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role supporting high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, or C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce error-free documents and correspondence.
  • High proficiency in managing complex calendars, international travel arrangements, and coordinating high-level meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of interacting with dignity and professionalism when dealing with high-profile contacts and sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and communication tools.


COMPENSATION:


  • Commensurate with experience
  • Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses and other business based incentives
