The Role - As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities and represent our company in the field. Your efforts will directly impact our growth and success.

What You'll Do - Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

- Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to present our roofing solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.

- Track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.

What We're Looking For - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
