3D ABA Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA services to clients under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. The Behavior Technician will work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote meaningful progress across home, clinic, school, or community settings.

This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, dependability, and a commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care. Candidates must currently hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) credential.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising Behavior Analyst.
  • Support skill acquisition programs, behavior reduction plans, and daily living skill goals.
  • Collect accurate data during therapy sessions.
  • Follow client-specific behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.
  • Communicate client progress and concerns to the supervising Behavior Analyst.
  • Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
  • Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate respectfully with families, caregivers, and other team members.

Required Credentials:


  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or
  • Active Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) credential

Qualifications:


  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow clinical direction and accept feedback.
  • Reliable, organized, and professional.
  • Commitment to compassionate and ethical ABA services.


Salary

$19 - $23 per hour
