Description

3D ABA Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Analyst to join our team. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for providing direct services to clients while also managing assigned client cases. This role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and team members to support meaningful outcomes.

The Behavior Analyst will oversee client programming, provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensure services are delivered with fidelity, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company, ethical, and regulatory standards. This position requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, organization, and a commitment to providing high-quality ABA services.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct ABA services to clients as needed.
  • Manage client cases, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
  • Supervise and support behavior technicians if applicable.
  • Train caregivers and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills.
  • Collect, review, and analyze data to guide clinical decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff.
  • Uphold ethical standards and follow company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:


  • BCBA or QBA certification and Texas Behavior Analyst License required, depending on position requirements.
  • Experience working with individuals receiving ABA services.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide both direct client services and case management.
  • Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care.

Salary

$45 - $60 per hour
