Production - Assembler

3AM Technologies is currently seeking an Assembler - Generalist to join our existing Operations team in Joelton, TN. The Assembler - Generalist is responsible for assembling ServeRx and SimServeRx products, troubleshooting hardware issues and field repairs. The Assembler – Generalist coordinates and performs a combination of customer facing and workshop activities including hardware assembly and configuration, equipment service & repair, inventory control and support. The ideal candidate needs to be very thorough, organized, and able to work with limited supervision in our challenging environment. Analytical thinking, troubleshooting, knowledge of electronics, computer assembly, mechanical assembly, tools and strong customer service skills are must haves for this position. The Assembler Generalist will spend most of their time in the workshop building 3AM products and maintaining the organization of parts inventory and tools. The remaining time will be spent on various support duties as needed including occasional travel as business needs dictate. 

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

 

·      Participate in final Quality Control checks prior to packaging and shipment of products

• Document appropriate steps and report in ConnectWise management software
• Maintain organization of tools equipment, replacement tools as necessary
• Perform maintenance and maintain checklists for tools and equipment as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service with problem resolution
• Escalate product bugs and design issues through support channels
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Prepare orders for shipping
• Crate and Package completed sales orders and parts shipments
• Other duties as assigned by shop supervisor

Qualifications Preferred

·      Excellence in speaking and writing English

·      Demonstration of computer technical skills in working environment; working knowledge of variety of software/hardware applications and peripherals

• Mechanical competency including hand tool use
• Experience with electronic components and/or PC repair
• Good understanding of automation hardware mechanics and electronics
• Demonstrated ability for analytical and logical thinking
• Ability to organize, troubleshoot efficiently and effectively

Additional skills/experience

·      Fabrication shop and CNC machine operation

·      Tool maintenance
