The dispatcher / customer service position will schedule and dispatch technicians for services calls while coordinating with the customer contact for service requests.

Description

The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has resource scheduling skills and excellent communication skills. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service.


Responsibilities


  • Monitor incoming calls, emails and help desk system for new help desk tickets
  • Provide customers assistance with generating help desk tickets
  • Assign technical resources to resolve help desk ticket
  • Communicate status of help desk tickets assignment and status via ticketing system, email and phone as required
  • Identify and escalate ongoing or recurring issues
  • Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or certifications preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft and Apple operating systems and applications
