Qualifications

• Must have prior general work experience
• Ex-Military or Retired returning to work are encouraged to apply
• Bilingual speakers are encouraged to apply
• Leadership skills are valued for those interested in advancing within the company.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Mechanical skills and power washer experience is plus
• Basic knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance is beneficial.
• Detail focused with ability to play close attention to instructions 
• Must want and be able to work 3rd shift (approx. 6pm – 6am) Sunday through Thursday
• Comfortable with wet and dirty conditions and working safely while removing grease and water
• Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders and working on roofs
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Comfortable with a High Level of Communication with office and other team members
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation to and from the office
• Must value teamwork
• Ability to work at heights
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Flexible schedule for occasional day shift
• Must pass background and reference checks

Responsibilities

• Showing up to work prepared and on time at minimum of 5 days a week
• Maintaining a professional behavior on your entire shift
• Reviewing job notes at the beginning of your night to prepare for your shift
• Protecting all customers equipment and roof top to prevent any damage
• Removing all grease buildup from all parts of the kitchen exhaust system
• Taking all required before and after pictures of each job
• Cleaning up customers facility to the condition we found it once the job is complete
• Assuring customers kitchen exhaust system is working properly before departing the location
• Clean kitchen exhaust systems and surfaces.
• Operate pressure washing and other cleaning equipment.
• Remove grease buildup manually when required
• Drive company vehicles
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
• Documenting any valuable feedback from the service in the work order notes / reports / supervisors on a nightly basis
• Attend Tech meeting one-on-one with Management
• Attend Shop meetings as required
• Cleaning inside/outside of your crew vehicle each week
• Contribute to maintaining a clean shop

Compensation

• Compensation is a percentage of eligible revenue of the jobs you complete successfully
• Paid weekly
• Minimum guaranteed if you work a full work week with full revenue completed
• All techs start as helper/trainees and are on a path to become lead technicians
• Supplemental pay for: Customer praise, working a 6th day, travel and performance bonuses
