The Mission

34Five is at the forefront of human-centric AI. We are looking for a high-impact Founding Alliance Manager to spearhead our capital acquisition and strategic partnership efforts. This is a unique role designed for a "builder" who can secure capital, manage investor relations, and act as a public-facing advocate for our brand. The Founding Alliances Manager will lead the development of strategic partnerships and business alliances while fostering strong, long-term relationships with industry collaborators. Responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, creating scalable strategies to drive growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals. Additionally, the manager will play a pivotal role in building and executing partnership roadmaps to ensure success in delivering innovative solutions to clients.


Role Description

This is an initial contract position, with expectation to convert to fully time employment upon securing capital investment. The role is a fully remote position with expected 25-75% travel. The Founding Alliances Manager will lead the development of strategic partnerships and business alliances while fostering strong, long-term relationships with industry collaborators. Responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, creating scalable strategies to drive growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals. Additionally, the manager will play a pivotal role in building and executing partnership roadmaps to ensure success in delivering innovative solutions to clients.


Success Criteria

90 Day Plan:

You will be responsible for hitting aggressive milestones across three distinct phases:

  • Secure Working Capital: Source and secure grants, service credit programs, and strategic technology partnerships from major AI entities and tech foundations.
  • Drive Investment Sourcing: Identify and secure SAFE investment contracts from qualified and accredited investors.
  • Build the Investor Pipeline: Maintain a qualified investor pipeline and develop a comprehensive Investor Data Room for an upcoming Seed Round.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a public advocate for 34Five.ai, driving visibility through content creation, webinars, and attendance at major AI conferences.

Performance Milestones:

  • Phase 1 (Days 1–30): Deep dive into 34Five technology, identify top 20 grant targets, and submit $100k+ in pending grant value.
  • Phase 2 (Days 31–60): Initiate high-net-worth outreach, host a public event on human-centric AI, and target $500k in secured or soft-circled funding.
  • Phase 3 (Days 61–90): Deliver a complete Investor Data Room and achieve a total of $2,000,000 in secured capital (cash-in-bank or binding commitments).

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Strategic Alliances and building Strategic Partnerships to create growth opportunities
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and forming impactful Business Alliances
  • Excellent Communication abilities to foster trust and effective collaboration with partners
  • Proven record of managing relationships and driving success in partnerships
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and an understanding of human-AI interaction trends is a plus
  • Experience working in fast-paced startups or tech-focused industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
