Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedule/needs/materials with Operations Leader.
• Recognize delays/issues and communicate with Operations Leader.
• On-the-job training of Apprentice.
• Follow a set of plans, making sure to have the correct set of plans.
• Keep the job site clean and organized.
• Layout and rough-in on the job from start to finish. 
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Responsible for maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of vehicles.
• Responsible Quality Control of all aspects of the installation.
• Follow contracted scope of work.
• Complete projects on time and within budget. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Wyoming Journeyman's License, Idaho License a Plus.
• (Required) Driver's License with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Required Knowledge of:

• Understanding of and Ability to Plumb to IPC Plumbing Code.
• Ability to use a wide variety of plumbing tools and techniques.
• Interpreting applying building plans to spec.
• Maintain and Establish cooperative working relationships with coworkers and other subcontractors.
• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of Hydronic systems and installation is a plus.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and/or scaffolding.
• Kneel, Stoop, Crouch, or Crawl for long periods of time.
• Fine motor skills.
• Work with different types of plumbing chemicals.
