About the Role

We’re looking for a PPC Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our paid search and paid social offering in the multifamily housing space. You’ll partner closely with Account Managers and PPC specialists to translate client and business goals into smart strategies, prioritize work across accounts, and make sure our campaigns and processes consistently deliver measurable results for our properties.

This is a strategic role. You’ll spend more time shaping the product, roadmap, and client-level strategies and less time doing repetitive campaign maintenance. You’ll also help us get the most out of tools like Asana and AI to make our work smarter, faster, and more consistent.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and continuously refine the PPC product vision and roadmap for multifamily clients across paid search and paid social.
  • Partner with Account Managers to build and evolve client-specific PPC strategies that support property-level goals (occupancy, lease-ups, renewals, lead quality).
  • Lead structured audits of accounts, using standardized frameworks to evaluate structure, targeting, creative, tracking, performance, and compliance.
  • Identify cross-client trends and opportunities and turn them into prioritized initiatives, tests, and process improvements.
  • Design and improve workflows, playbooks, templates, and QA standards so work is scalable, consistent, and aligned with fair-housing principles.
  • Use AI tools (such as Claude) to support research, analysis, and ideation, and turn outputs into clear, actionable tasks in Asana.
  • Partner with analytics and technical teammates to ensure accurate tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CRM integrations) and reporting that connects marketing to business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain internal playbooks, training, and documentation for PPC strategy, testing, and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing enablement for PPC specialists and Account Managers, helping them understand not just what to do, but why we’re doing it.


What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are better structured, better measured, and more effective at supporting occupancy and leasing goals.
  • AMs and clients see a clear PPC strategy and roadmap instead of a series of one-off optimizations.
  • Asana is a well-organized source of truth for PPC work, with strong templates and fewer ad-hoc tasks.
  • Audits and health scorecards become routine, and account quality improves quarter over quarter.
  • Fair-housing-aligned messaging and targeting practices are consistently applied and proactively managed.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in PPC / paid media strategy (agency or in-house), managing or overseeing multiple accounts.
  • Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, or a closely related industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to own and lead PPC strategy and priorities across a portfolio of clients or product lines.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with fair-housing advertising requirements (or a strong demonstrated ability to learn and apply them quickly).
  • Experience working inside structured systems like Asana, Jira, or similar to translate strategy into clear tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills — you’re comfortable distilling complex performance data into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Process-oriented mindset; you enjoy building and improving frameworks, templates, and workflows.
  • Interest in or experience with AI-powered tools to support analysis, ideation, and workflow automation.
