At a glance
- Schedule: Full-time, salaried (exempt)
- Location: Remote. You must live and work in Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, Nebraska, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina or Virginia.
- Pay: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, base salary
- Reports to: Director of Product Operations
- Sponsorship: We are unable to sponsor work visas for this role.
What you'll do
- Lead the team. Assign, prioritize and review the work of our PPC specialists as dated Asana tasks, set deadlines and capacity, coach and train, and run weekly team check-ins.
- Run onboarding. Own every new account and property launch: ad briefs, account setup and advertiser verification, campaign builds and negatives, QA and launch.
- Keep live accounts healthy. Own triage of daily conversion alerts and weekly account alerts so every issue is fixed or escalated, plus ongoing keyword, search term, match type, location and asset optimization.
- Protect client budgets. Run the monthly budget cycle (daily pacing, mid-month review, underspend reconciliation and month-end changes) so spend stays accurate to contract.
- Own quality and compliance. Review builds and changes before they go live, and own ad policy, verification and appeals, Fair Housing wording and FTC pricing rules, escalating to Google when needed.
- Keep tracking accurate. Partner with our analytics team on conversion actions, UTMs, final URLs and call tracking so every lead is counted.
- Drive paid media strategy. Decide what our paid search, paid social, video and Performance Max services include and what we improve next, and turn repeat work into templates, automation and documentation that let the service scale.
- Prove results. Report on cost per lead, lead quality, tours and leases, and give account managers clear answers on budgets and campaign asks.
- Roll up your sleeves. Step into hands-on work as overflow, about 20% of your time at most: builds in live accounts, ad copy and asset updates, and support ticket fixes.
- Protect client data. Keep least-privilege access to client ad platforms and analytics properties for yourself and the team, and complete assigned SOC 2 tasks.
