Position Overview:

We are currently hiring Remote Customer Service Specialists for a contract (1099) position, with the potential to transition to a full-time W-2 employee after 6 months, based on performance. This is a remote opportunity offering flexible hours, ideal for self-driven professionals who excel in a virtual customer service environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner
• Provide accurate information about our services, processes, and policies
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex concerns when needed
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with changes in company procedures and offerings

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen currently living in the United States
• Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus; experience with Microsoft Teams is a big plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Must have access to a personal computer, wired internet connection, and headset
• Must be able to complete and provide a clear background check and drug test

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $10–$14 per hour (1099 contractor role)
• W-2 Transition Opportunity: After 6 months, high-performing contractors may be offered a full-time W-2 employee position with the following benefits:
