Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will manage a team of 5 customer service specialists, ensuring that they provide excellent service to clients while meeting performance goals. This is a remote, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM), with comprehensive benefits after the probationary period.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of 5 customer service specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback
  • Oversee daily team operations, ensuring goals and performance metrics are met
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure proper resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of team performance, customer interactions, and service quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer experience
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment on goals, policies, and updates
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies


Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen currently living in the United States
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, with at least 6 months in a leadership role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus; experience with Microsoft Teams is a big plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
  • Good typing and data entry accuracy
  • Must have access to a personal computer, wired internet connection, and a headset
  • Must be able to complete and provide a clear background check and drug test


Compensation & Benefits:
