Description

Responsibilities

  • Be a reliable, approachable point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors
  • Help keep schedules, calendars, and day-to-day priorities organized
  • Support leadership with whatever is moving in real time—keeping things on track and following through
  • Assist with creating simple spreadsheets, presentations, and materials as needed
  • Keep digital files and information organized and easy to access
  • Jump in on light research and help gather information for ongoing projects
  • Help with ordering supplies and handling basic operational needs
  • Support data entry and simple tracking/reporting tasks
  • Assist with communications, including email outreach or occasional marketing efforts
  • Stay open and adaptable as systems, tools, and processes continue to evolve

Qualifications

  • Self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, not overly structured environment
  • Willingness to support executive-level decision-makers and grow into increased responsibility over time
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; familiar with social media platforms
  • Comfortable working on Mac systems (or willing to learn quickly)
  • Experience with regulatory or compliance environments is helpful, but not required
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace 


Salary

$21 - $23 per hour
