At 23fifteen Living Options, our mission is to provide exceptional residential support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). We specialize in small, community-based living arrangements that promote independence, empower choice, and prioritize person-centered care.


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Administrator to oversee the daily operations of 1 or more of our residential facilities. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and high-quality care for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring alignment with state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, fiscal planning, and resource allocation.
  • Implement and follow individualized service plans (ISPs) to support residents’ unique needs and goals.
  • Supervise qualified direct support staff.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
  • Ensure staff compliance with licensing, training, and certification requirements.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and person-centered environment for residents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrator in an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) serving individuals with I/DD and/or experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT). (preferred)
  • Current CCL ARF Administrator Certificate (required).
  • DSP Year 1 & 2 certification (required).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, personnel management, and compliance requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).

Salary

$36 - $42 per hour
