Key Responsibilities



  • Input customer and transport data into internal systems and spreadsheets.

  • Collaborate with the customer support and dispatch teams to ensure timely data updates.
  • Generate basic reports as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.






Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • 1+ year experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or auto services is a plus.
