We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tradesman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing systems, including construction plumbing and field service. This role requires an understanding of blueprints, the ability to operate power tools, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship. As a Tradesman Plumber, you are responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will work under the supervision of a Master and/or Journeyman Plumbers and are licensed to perform plumbing work independently within specific limits defined by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE). Our Tradesman Plumber plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of plumbing systems. They contribute to building maintenance, construction projects, and renovations by installing and maintaining plumbing infrastructure according to established standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

·        Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.

·        Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.

·        Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.

·        Conduct field service work, addressing plumbing issues as they arise on-site.

·        Collaborate with construction teams to integrate plumbing systems into new builds.

·        Perform welding tasks as needed for pipe fittings and connections.

·        Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.

·        Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.

·        Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding plumbing needs.

Requirements

·        Proven experience as an Apprentice or Tradesman Plumber with a strong background in construction plumbing. Texas Tradesman Plumber License required.

·        Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.

·        Ability to operate various power tools safely and efficiently.

·        Experience in field service roles is preferred.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites.

·        Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local regulations.

Expected hours: 40 per week
