Description of role:


We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products and financial applications B2B customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. This role also incorporates Project Management providing the successful candidate with exposure to all aspects of our company, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver products to market on time.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities


  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates 1Konto and its features across primary market segments
  • Partner with the Technology and Business teams to understand scope of projects
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Technology and Business teams to understand scope of projects
  • Meet with clients to gather data on customer experience and farm future feature development to improve the product
  • Ability to communicate findings of customer interviews with business and engineering teams to prioritize features and bring improvements to market
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills


Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering, information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science or a related field
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Highly effective cross-functional team management
  • Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
  • Product Manager in B2B Applications and Financial Applications (preferred)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proven experience in project management and software development
  • Understanding and experience with Agile Scrum
  • Understanding of Roadmapping and driving a project from an idea to delivery
  • Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Mrro and gSuite software collaboration and time management tools
  • Experience with process improvement
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
